Every throw has many variations. The Flamingo is a variation of the Sidearm and happens to be one of my favorites.
In this case, coordination is a must. It involves throwing the frisbee under the knee with a full-body rotation.

There’s a centrifugal body rotation using the right foot as the pivot point. Despite all this momentum, the frisbee is launched only with a wrist flick, just like a regular sidearm.
This throw is very versatile and spectacular. It can be incorporated into various sequences, from zig-zags to around-the-world moves, passing, and any kind of transition.
